Amy’s stand-up comedy is a surprising duality of a smart lawyer with a knack for making fun of herself and her reality television past. She tells her stories from behind the scenes of unscripted TV and all the craziness that comes with it. Although she minored in theater at Arizona State University, or as some refer to it as the Harvard of the Southwest, she pursued a path in law and is now a licensed attorney. With these credentials, no one can mock lawyers and their dreaded egos more effectively than Amy who tells hysterical tales of being a blonde girl navigating the corporate world. At her core, she’s a Midwestern girl who grew up in Minnesota. When not on the road making crowds laugh, Amy now lives with her husband and four cats (3 adopted, 1 biological) in Scottsdale, AZ.
Amy has opened for headliners: Dave Attell (as seen on Comedy Central's Insomniac, Netflix's Bumping Mics with Jeff Ross), Colin Kane (The Wedding Ringer movie with Kevin Hart, Showtime), Ryan Stout (Conan, Chelsea Lately, Comedy Central, HBO, MTV, David Spade’s Fameless), Jill Kimmel (Kevin Hart Presents: Hart of the City on Comedy Central), Cisco Duran (Comedy Central, Gotham Live, Feature Act for Carlos Mencia’s World Tour), Josh Nasar (Sons of Anarchy on FX), Bryan Ricci (Kevin Hart Presents: Hart of the City on Comedy Central), among others.
